Liability Waiver & Release

I acknowledge that using the sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, burns, fainting, or exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and discharge the facility owner, operators, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from my use of the sauna, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I confirm I am in good health and will consult a physician if needed.
